COWORKING4YOUTH TRAINING MATERIAL

The aim is to supply set of micro training tools and material that have been undertaken by the partners and that can be easily followed to implement and to replicate it in another EU country , for Training young people on how to setup and manage future-looking coworking places in rural areas via a compelling .

Result 1 : Training program of 3 Modules

Module 1: Managing co-working spaces in rural areas ( why and how to setup and manage a co-working space in European rural areas; how to involve co-workers and motivate them; the skills and responsibilities of a Community manager and the importance of promoting the space and its consistency with the coworking vision. They will be able to get the most in terms of benefits and challenges of such hubs in rural areas from relevant case studies, good practices and lessons learned)

Module 2: Career Skills for the Future( how technology, social and environmental factors shape the labour market; how will the world of work look in the future; and what type of jobs will emerge and be on the rise and get acquainted of the skills that these jobs will demand.)

Module 3: Entrepreneurship skills ( what entrepreneurship is; the key skills for entrepreneurs and for starting a business; how entrepreneurship can beneficial to rural areas; they will also understand the impact of globalisation and digitalisation)
